Kazakhstan: Imports of transformers for February 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in February 2024, the import of transformers (HS Code: 8504) amounted to 3.3 mln pcs.

The import decreased by 805.0 thsd pcs (-19.6%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to February 2023, the import of transformers year-on-year decreased by 1.8 mln pcs (-35.8%).

Two years ago, in the same month (February 2022), the import increased by 2.7 mln pcs (5.6 times).

The YTD import of transformers amounted to 7.4 mln pcs, decreasing by 1.5 mln pcs (-16.6%) compared to the same period last year.
