According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of transformers (HS Code: 8504) amounted to 1.3 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 33.8 thsd pcs (-2.6%).
In comparison to August 2023, the import of transformers showed a year-on-year decrease of 3.3 mln pcs (3.6 times).
Compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import decreased by 3.1 mln pcs (3.5 times).
YTD, the import of transformers totaled 19.3 mln pcs, which is 16.1 mln pcs (-45.4%) less than last year's figure.
