According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of electrical machinery (HS Code: 8543) in March 2024 amounted to 455.8 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 42.8 thsd pcs (-8.6%).

Year-on-year, the import of electrical machinery rose by 369.8 thsd pcs (5.3 times) compared to March 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the import increased by 353.9 thsd pcs (4.5 times).

YTD, the import of electrical machinery amounted to 2.0 mln pcs, which is 1.8 mln pcs (11.0 times) more compared to the same period last year.
