According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of electrical machinery (HS Code: 8543) totaled 287.4 thsd pcs.

The import decreased by 168.4 thsd pcs (-36.9%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to April 2023, the import of electrical machinery showed a year-on-year increase of 248.7 thsd pcs (7.4 times).

The import dropped by 2.8 mln pcs (10.6 times) compared to the same month two years ago (April 2022).

Year-to-date, the import of electrical machinery totaled 2.2 mln pcs, up by 2.0 mln pcs (10.4 times) compared to the previous year.
