According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2025, the import of cables (HS Code: 8544) totaled 5.7 thsd metric tons.

The import grew by 935.8 metric tons (+19.8%) compared to the previous month.

The import of cables year-on-year, compared to July 2024, grew by 248.6 metric tons (+4.6%).

The import dropped by 275.7 metric tons (-4.6%) compared to the same month two years ago (July 2023).

YTD, the import of cables amounted to 36.0 thsd metric tons, which is 6.3 thsd metric tons (+21.1%) more compared to the same period last year.
