, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of cars (HS Code: 8703) totaled 25.1 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 5.7 thsd pcs (-18.5%).
Year-on-year, the import of cars rose by 12.3 thsd pcs (+96.1%) compared to August 2024.
Two years ago, in the same month (August 2023), the import increased by 8.6 thsd pcs (+52.3%).
The YTD import of cars reached 159.4 thsd pcs, increasing by 62.3 thsd pcs (+64.2%) compared to last year.
