According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medical instruments (HS Code: 9018) in July 2024 reached 38.9 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 12.9 mln pcs (+49.8%).
In comparison to July 2023, the import of medical instruments showed a year-on-year decrease of 7.6 mln pcs (-16.4%).
The import grew by 2.1 mln pcs (+5.7%) compared to the same month two years ago (July 2022).
The import of medical instruments YTD amounted to 313.1 mln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 10.8 mln pcs (+3.6%).
