According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medical instruments (HS Code: 9018) in April 2025 reached 50.3 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 21.5 mln pcs (+74.9%).
Compared to April 2024, the import of medical instruments year-on-year increased by 13.6 mln pcs (+36.9%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (April 2023), the import showed a decrease of 11.6 mln pcs (-18.8%).
Year-to-date, the import of medical instruments reached 172.2 mln pcs, down by 7.9 mln pcs (-4.4%) compared to last year.
