, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of medical instruments (HS Code: 9018) in May 2025 amounted to 31.9 mln pcs.
The import dropped by 18.4 mln pcs (-36.6%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of medical instruments declined by 36.2 mln pcs (2.1 times) compared to May 2024.
Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the import declined by 16.3 mln pcs (-33.8%).
Year-to-date, the import of medical instruments reached 204.1 mln pcs, down by 44.1 mln pcs (-17.8%) compared to last year.
