According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of checking instruments (HS Code: 9031) amounted to 1.2 mln pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 355.4 thsd pcs (-22.3%).

Compared to May 2023, the import of checking instruments year-on-year increased by 736.2 thsd pcs (2.5 times).

Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 1.1 mln pcs (12.0 times).

YTD, the import of checking instruments amounted to 6.1 mln pcs, which is 2.9 mln pcs (+93.2%) more compared to the same period last year.
