According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of checking instruments (HS Code: 9031) in May 2025 amounted to 635.6 thsd pcs.

The import increased by 103.2 thsd pcs (+19.4%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of checking instruments dropped by 603.2 thsd pcs (-48.7%) compared to May 2024.

The import grew by 133.0 thsd pcs (+26.5%) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2023).

The import of checking instruments YTD amounted to 2.8 mln pcs, falling by 3.2 mln pcs (2.1 times) compared to the previous year.
