, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the export of corn (HS Code: 1005) totaled 774.6 thsd metric tons.
The export dropped by 785.7 thsd metric tons (2.0 times) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of corn dropped by 132.5 thsd metric tons (-14.6%) compared to August 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the export declined by 750.2 thsd metric tons (-49.2%).
The export of corn YTD amounted to 22.1 mln metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 3.3 mln metric tons (+17.7%).
