According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of ferrous scrap (HS Code: 7204) in July 2025 reached 44.8 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export decreased by 2.8 thsd metric tons (-6.0%).
The export of ferrous scrap year-on-year, compared to July 2024, grew by 20.1 thsd metric tons (+81.5%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2023), the export increased by 35.2 thsd metric tons (4.7 times).
The YTD export of ferrous scrap reached 248.3 thsd metric tons, increasing by 99.1 thsd metric tons (+66.4%) compared to last year.
