Ukraine: Imports of corn for March 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of corn (HS Code: 1005) in March 2024 amounted to 1.9 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 191.8 metric tons (+11.5%) compared to the previous month.
The import of corn year-on-year, compared to March 2023, grew by 259.3 metric tons (+16.2%).
Two years ago, in the same month (March 2022), the import increased by 30.9 metric tons (+1.7%).
The YTD import of corn reached 5.4 thsd metric tons, increasing by 1.1 thsd metric tons (+26.4%) compared to last year.
