, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of rice (HS Code: 1006) in June 2024 reached 10.5 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 5.5 thsd metric tons (2.1 times) compared to the previous month.
Compared to June 2023, the import of rice year-on-year increased by 4.1 thsd metric tons (+62.7%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2022), the import rose by 1.1 thsd metric tons (+12.3%).
