According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in June 2025, the import of rice (HS Code: 1006) amounted to 14.4 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 6.1 thsd metric tons (+73.2%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to June 2024, the import of rice showed a year-on-year increase of 3.8 thsd metric tons (+36.5%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2023), the import rose by 7.9 thsd metric tons (2.2 times).
YTD, the import of rice amounted to 55.6 thsd metric tons, which is 9.2 thsd metric tons (+19.7%) more compared to the same period last year.
