Ukraine: Imports of live poultry for October 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the import of live poultry (HS Code: 105) totaled 7.1 mln pcs.
The import increased by 848.2 thsd pcs (+13.6%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of live poultry rose by 153.6 thsd pcs (+2.2%) compared to October 2023.
Two years ago, in the same month (October 2022), the import increased by 1.6 mln pcs (+28.4%).
The YTD import of live poultry amounted to 70.6 mln pcs, decreasing by 1.4 mln pcs (-1.9%) compared to the same period last year.
