Ukraine: Imports of live poultry for December 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of live poultry (HS Code: 105) in December 2024 amounted to 8.1 mln pcs.
The import increased by 2.3 mln pcs (+40.8%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to December 2023, the import of live poultry showed a year-on-year increase of 1.4 mln pcs (+21.6%).
The import grew by 432.7 thsd pcs (+5.7%) compared to the same month two years ago (December 2022).
Year-to-date, the import of live poultry reached 84.4 mln pcs, down by 1.9 mln pcs (-2.2%) compared to last year.
