, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of cocoa butter (HS Code: 1804) in May 2024 reached 638.6 metric tons.
The import decreased by 43.2 metric tons (-6.3%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to May 2023, the import of cocoa butter showed a year-on-year increase of 54.7 metric tons (+9.4%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import increased by 216.3 metric tons (+51.2%).
The import of cocoa butter YTD amounted to 3.7 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 479.0 metric tons (+15.1%).
