According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in March 2024, the import of bakery (HS Code: 1905) totaled 3.0 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 633.1 metric tons (+26.3%).
The import of bakery year-on-year, compared to March 2023, grew by 1.9 metric tons (remained nearly unchanged).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the import increased by 1.7 thsd metric tons (2.2 times).
The YTD import of bakery amounted to 8.2 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 317.6 metric tons (-3.7%) compared to the same period last year.
