Ukraine: Imports of unmanufactured tobacco for August 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in August 2024 reached 1.3 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 120.2 metric tons (+10.5%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to August 2023, the import of unmanufactured tobacco showed a year-on-year decrease of 508.3 metric tons (-28.7%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import declined by 643.0 metric tons (-33.8%).

The import of unmanufactured tobacco YTD amounted to 12.2 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 2.3 thsd metric tons (+23.0%).
