, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of tobacco products (HS Code: 2404) totaled 810.3 mln pcs.
The import grew by 468.8 mln pcs (2.4 times) compared to the previous month.
Compared to April 2023, the import of tobacco products year-on-year increased by 379.9 mln pcs (+88.2%).
In April 2022, the import amounted to zero.
The YTD import of tobacco products amounted to 1.6 B pcs, decreasing by 232.0 mln pcs (-12.7%) compared to the same period last year.
