According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2025, the import of petroleum (HS Code: 2710) amounted to 555.3 thsd metric tons.

The import grew by 9.2 thsd metric tons (+1.7%) compared to the previous month.

The import of petroleum year-on-year, compared to May 2024, grew by 371.9 thsd metric tons (3.0 times).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the import increased by 269.5 thsd metric tons (+94.3%).

The import of petroleum YTD amounted to 2.9 mln metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 1.9 mln metric tons (3.0 times).
