According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of carbonates (HS Code: 2836) in February 2024 amounted to 14.9 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 7.7 thsd metric tons (2.1 times) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to February 2023, the import of carbonates showed a year-on-year increase of 11.1 thsd metric tons (3.9 times).
The import grew by 708.3 metric tons (+5.0%) compared to the same month two years ago (February 2022).
The import of carbonates YTD amounted to 22.0 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 13.0 thsd metric tons (2.4 times).
