, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of fresh fish (HS Code: 302) in May 2024 reached 1.6 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 211.0 metric tons (-11.5%).
Compared to May 2023, the import of fresh fish year-on-year increased by 100.9 metric tons (+6.7%).
Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 724.9 metric tons (+81.3%).
The import of fresh fish YTD amounted to 8.9 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 1.6 thsd metric tons (+21.2%).
