According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of paints and varnishes (HS Code: 3208) in July 2024 reached 1.5 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 41.3 metric tons (+2.8%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to July 2023, the import of paints and varnishes year-on-year decreased by 112.4 metric tons (-6.9%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import increased by 103.8 metric tons (+7.3%).
The YTD import of paints and varnishes reached 11.0 thsd metric tons, increasing by 1.9 thsd metric tons (+21.0%) compared to last year.
