Ukraine: Imports of vinyl polymers for May 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of vinyl polymers (HS Code: 3904) in May 2024 amounted to 11.7 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 3.8 thsd metric tons (+47.5%).
The import of vinyl polymers year-on-year, compared to May 2023, grew by 3.5 thsd metric tons (+42.0%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import increased by 10.3 thsd metric tons (8.1 times).
The import of vinyl polymers YTD amounted to 40.7 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 7.0 thsd metric tons (+20.8%).
