Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 159.9 metric tons (-3.7%).
Year-on-year, the import of plastic sheets and films rose by 563.0 metric tons (+15.6%) compared to May 2023.
The import grew by 2.8 thsd metric tons (3.0 times) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2022).
YTD, the import of plastic sheets and films amounted to 19.5 thsd metric tons, which is 4.4 thsd metric tons (+28.9%) more compared to the same period last year.
