, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2025, the import of treated leather (HS Code: 4107) totaled 297.8 thsd m2.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 37.1 thsd m2 (+14.2%).
Year-on-year, the import of treated leather dropped by 41.2 thsd m2 (-12.2%) compared to May 2024.
Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the import declined by 21.6 thsd m2 (-6.8%).
YTD, the import of treated leather totaled 1.3 mln m2, which is 628.1 thsd m2 (-32.2%) less than last year's figure.
