Ukraine: Imports of bags and suitcases for May 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of bags and suitcases (HS Code: 4202) in May 2024 amounted to 517.3 thsd pcs.

The import decreased by 225.9 thsd pcs (-30.4%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2023, the import of bags and suitcases showed a year-on-year decrease of 598.2 thsd pcs (2.2 times).

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import rose by 239.6 thsd pcs (+86.3%).

The import of bags and suitcases YTD amounted to 3.8 mln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 278.7 thsd pcs (+7.9%).
