Ukraine: Imports of uncoated paper for May 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of uncoated paper (HS Code: 4805) totaled 12.3 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 2.7 thsd metric tons (+28.2%).
In comparison to May 2023, the import of uncoated paper showed a year-on-year increase of 7.8 thsd metric tons (2.8 times).
Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 9.6 thsd metric tons (4.7 times).
The YTD import of uncoated paper reached 51.4 thsd metric tons, increasing by 21.0 thsd metric tons (+68.9%) compared to last year.
