Ukraine: Imports of synthetic fabrics for February 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of synthetic fabrics (HS Code: 5407) in February 2024 reached 17.7 mln m2.

The import grew by 5.9 mln m2 (+49.9%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of synthetic fabrics declined by 1.6 mln m2 (-8.2%) compared to February 2023.

Relative to the same month two years ago (February 2022), the import declined by 157.4 thsd m2 (-0.9%).

YTD, the import of synthetic fabrics totaled 29.4 mln m2, which is 4.4 mln m2 (-12.9%) less than last year's figure.
