According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of nonwovens (HS Code: 5603) in December 2024 amounted to 1.6 thsd metric tons.
The import decreased by 119.2 metric tons (-6.7%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to December 2023, the import of nonwovens year-on-year decreased by 18.4 metric tons (-1.1%).
Two years ago, in the same month (December 2022), the import increased by 352.4 metric tons (+27.2%).
YTD, the import of nonwovens amounted to 22.5 thsd metric tons, which is 3.4 thsd metric tons (+18.1%) more compared to the same period last year.
