According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of nonwovens (HS Code: 5603) in April 2024 reached 2.2 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 218.2 metric tons (+10.8%) compared to the previous month.
The import of nonwovens year-on-year, compared to April 2023, grew by 956.2 metric tons (+74.2%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2022), the import rose by 1.5 thsd metric tons (2.9 times).
YTD, the import of nonwovens amounted to 7.2 thsd metric tons, which is 1.9 thsd metric tons (+36.2%) more compared to the same period last year.
