, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of tomatoes (HS Code: 702) in July 2024 amounted to 4.6 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import decreased by 6.4 thsd metric tons (2.4 times).
Compared to July 2023, the import of tomatoes year-on-year decreased by 565.9 metric tons (-11.0%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import showed a decrease of 4.6 thsd metric tons (-49.9%).
Year-to-date, the import of tomatoes reached 74.5 thsd metric tons, down by 3.7 thsd metric tons (-4.7%) compared to last year.
