According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2025, the import of fresh vegetables (HS Code: 709) totaled 1.7 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 269.7 metric tons (-13.9%).
Year-on-year, the import of fresh vegetables rose by 1.0 thsd metric tons (2.5 times) compared to July 2024.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2023), the import increased by 244.4 metric tons (+17.2%).
YTD, the import of fresh vegetables amounted to 24.0 thsd metric tons, which is 2.1 thsd metric tons (+9.6%) more compared to the same period last year.
