Ukraine: Imports of ferroalloys for May 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of ferroalloys (HS Code: 7202) in May 2024 amounted to 11.7 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 1.5 thsd metric tons (+14.8%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to May 2023, the import of ferroalloys showed a year-on-year increase of 10.8 thsd metric tons (13.3 times).
Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 11.3 thsd metric tons (31.3 times).
YTD, the import of ferroalloys amounted to 48.2 thsd metric tons, which is 45.2 thsd metric tons (16.2 times) more compared to the same period last year.
