Ukraine: Imports of flat rolled steel for May 2024

, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) amounted to 33.8 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 9.8 thsd metric tons (+41.0%).
In comparison to May 2023, the import of flat rolled steel showed a year-on-year decrease of 4.2 thsd metric tons (-11.1%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import rose by 32.0 thsd metric tons (18.4 times).
The import of flat rolled steel YTD amounted to 139.5 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 27.8 thsd metric tons (+24.9%).
