Ukraine: Imports of flat rolled steel for September 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of flat rolled steel (HS Code: 7208) in September 2024 amounted to 19.2 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 19.8 thsd metric tons (2.0 times) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of flat rolled steel declined by 24.3 thsd metric tons (2.3 times) compared to September 2023.

Relative to the same month two years ago (September 2022), the import rose by 1.4 thsd metric tons (+7.7%).

The import of flat rolled steel YTD amounted to 252.6 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 32.5 thsd metric tons (+14.8%).
