, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of flatrolled steel (HS Code: 7210) in April 2024 reached 41.9 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 14.8 thsd metric tons (+54.5%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of flatrolled steel rose by 11.5 thsd metric tons (+38.0%) compared to April 2023.
The import grew by 34.2 thsd metric tons (5.4 times) compared to the same month two years ago (April 2022).
The YTD import of flatrolled steel reached 129.0 thsd metric tons, increasing by 12.3 thsd metric tons (+10.5%) compared to last year.
