Ukraine: Imports of flatrolled steel for June 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in June 2024, the import of flatrolled steel (HS Code: 7210) amounted to 46.0 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 3.6 thsd metric tons (-7.2%).
Year-on-year, the import of flatrolled steel rose by 7.0 thsd metric tons (+18.0%) compared to June 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2022), the import rose by 30.9 thsd metric tons (3.0 times).
The YTD import of flatrolled steel reached 224.7 thsd metric tons, increasing by 34.0 thsd metric tons (+17.8%) compared to last year.
