According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in March 2024, the import of steel profiles (HS Code: 7216) amounted to 4.5 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 2.7 thsd metric tons (2.4 times).
Year-on-year, the import of steel profiles rose by 1.2 thsd metric tons (+37.0%) compared to March 2023.
Two years ago, in the same month (March 2022), the import increased by 846.5 metric tons (+23.0%).
The import of steel profiles YTD amounted to 12.7 thsd metric tons, falling by 1.1 thsd metric tons (-8.1%) compared to the previous year.
