Ukraine: Imports of steel profiles for August 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of steel profiles (HS Code: 7216) in August 2024 reached 9.4 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 1.7 thsd metric tons (+22.0%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to August 2023, the import of steel profiles showed a year-on-year increase of 7.2 thsd metric tons (4.2 times).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import rose by 7.4 thsd metric tons (4.8 times).

YTD, the import of steel profiles amounted to 52.0 thsd metric tons, which is 12.2 thsd metric tons (+30.6%) more compared to the same period last year.
