Ukraine: Imports of electric motors for April 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) amounted to 2.1 mln pcs.
The import grew by 1.0 mln pcs (+96.0%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of electric motors rose by 1.5 mln pcs (3.9 times) compared to April 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2022), the import rose by 1.3 mln pcs (2.7 times).
The import of electric motors YTD amounted to 5.4 mln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 2.5 mln pcs (+85.3%).
