Ukraine: Imports of electric motors for June 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) in June 2024 reached 2.2 mln pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 304.3 thsd pcs (+16.2%).
Year-on-year, the import of electric motors rose by 1.5 mln pcs (3.2 times) compared to June 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2022), the import rose by 888.6 thsd pcs (+68.6%).
YTD, the import of electric motors amounted to 9.5 mln pcs, which is 5.3 mln pcs (2.3 times) more compared to the same period last year.
