According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) in September 2024 reached 2.0 mln pcs.
The import increased by 249.9 thsd pcs (+14.2%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to September 2023, the import of electric motors year-on-year increased by 1.4 mln pcs (3.4 times).
The import grew by 1.3 mln pcs (2.7 times) compared to the same month two years ago (September 2022).
The YTD import of electric motors reached 15.3 mln pcs, increasing by 8.9 mln pcs (2.4 times) compared to last year.
