Ukraine: Imports of electric motors for August 2025

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) totaled 3.1 mln pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 427.7 thsd pcs (-12.2%).

Compared to August 2024, the import of electric motors year-on-year increased by 1.3 mln pcs (+74.4%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import rose by 2.2 mln pcs (3.6 times).

The import of electric motors YTD amounted to 21.0 mln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 7.8 mln pcs (+58.8%).
