According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of generators (HS Code: 8502) in August 2024 amounted to 31.3 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 10.9 thsd pcs (+53.2%).
The import of generators year-on-year, compared to August 2023, grew by 20.1 thsd pcs (2.8 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import rose by 9.3 thsd pcs (+42.0%).
The import of generators YTD amounted to 103.5 thsd pcs, falling by 461.5 thsd pcs (5.5 times) compared to the previous year.
