According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2025, the import of generators (HS Code: 8502) amounted to 6.6 thsd pcs.
The import grew by 2.3 thsd pcs (+53.8%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to May 2024, the import of generators showed a year-on-year increase of 3.0 thsd pcs (+83.8%).
Two years ago, in the same month (May 2023), the import increased by 1.5 thsd pcs (+28.8%).
The import of generators YTD amounted to 43.8 thsd pcs, exceeding last year's value by 4.3 thsd pcs (+10.8%).
