According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of generators (HS Code: 8502) in August 2025 reached 6.4 thsd pcs.
The import increased by 3.9 thsd pcs (2.5 times) compared to the previous month.
Compared to August 2024, the import of generators year-on-year decreased by 24.9 thsd pcs (4.9 times).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import showed a decrease of 4.8 thsd pcs (-42.7%).
The YTD import of generators amounted to 58.3 thsd pcs, decreasing by 45.2 thsd pcs (-43.7%) compared to the same period last year.
